Call Center Analytics

Welcome to the Call Center Analytics Dashboard. The data is modeled after a real customer service department and starts off with the “Call Center Overview” page.  The data model consists of 11 inter -connected tables containing data generated and engineered by me using the Python library Faker.

Unleashing the power of custom SVG graphs on the 1st ‘Overview’ page. Use the light grey menu to drill into differing time dimensions; MTH, DTR, and YR, to analyze the most important KPI’s against required SLA’s. Beautifully rendered target circle gauges are one of kind and cannot be found in any app store or even recreated natively in Power BI.

SVG graphs offer superior performance over native Microsoft Power BI visuals. The visuals found on 1st pg. of this dashboard are custom made by me and are one of a kind.

This is a high level department summary analyzing how KPI’s are performing versus SLA’s, along with key business tasks volume analysis and customer satisfaction. Page 2 of this report, the KPI trend analysis report offers in depth KPI trend analysis over time allowing the user to easily identify where KPI’s are out of SLA on a department level. MoM % and YoY % variances for any period selected. Or you can analyze KPI results by employee to identify top performers in the “Employee Performance” report page. Volume trend analysis can identify peak periods. Explore all of the report pages for business insights. All data contained within this data model has been generated with the Python library Faker.
